Kevin Williams handled our "service" As others mention, nothin gets done in 15 min here. Matter of fact, it took 45 min JUST TO PAY THE INVOICE, and we were the only customers in the office. Thats the least of it. Completely incompetent. Held our motorhome for 2 weeks because they needed a key to a compartment (generator) WHICH WAS UNLOCKED. After 3 phone calls to verify that they were 100% sure they could not access the generator because it was locked, I delivered the key (a universal 751CH key🤦‍♂️) and asked them to show me which compartment was locked. Not only was it unlocked, it was physically left OPEN. The service manager then said they could not access the house battery located under the entry stairs because we only gave them an ignition, and drivers door key. I asked him if he was aware, that doors worked from the inside and outside- he replied that he did. I then had to show him, that you can access the entire interior of ANY MOTORHOME from the drivers seat (what a concept!!) and that the door could easily be unlocked. Once i did that, i also showed him that the battery could be accessed from below as well. These people are thieves. $2800 repair bill and our generator still wont run more than 1 hour. THIEVES AND INCOMPETENT OR CORRUPT. STAY AWAY.

They have a banner on their fence that reads, "No Appointment, No wait time, No Brainer." and "15 minute Guarantee" What a joke! I HAD an appointment for the next day to have my generator looked at. I came by to drop it off so they could start first thing in the morning. But, they had NO ONE ON STAFF that could drive a fork lift!! I had the generator disconnected and ready... They wouldn't even look at it or talk about options. Zero customer focus at this place.

Brought our RV generator in for service. Paul and the techs were fantastic to work with and really know their stuff. Also spent time answering questions as the generator was new to me. Thanks gents!

Not the most communicative but they found issues with my big truck and corrected them. They were very patient trying to work with my warranty company. Fixed the problem. Dickie seemed concerned and was the most interactive. Very difficult to get someone on the phone. May give them another try at a later date.
