No you can't travel with the dog there is a food card on there that's the reason. And if the food card is not open you still can't travel with the dog but you can hide the dog
Yes, but they MAY need to be in a travel "container"
Some of the dining/cafe cars are open. To purchase food/drinks. Gotta take it back to your seat to eat.
