Lorraine Trevino

Jimmy Redhawk James

Kori Stevenson
I gave tried with a couple of different issues to come to these people for help. Less than worthless advice or any pointers in where I can go to get help. Tried again today, and the lady just gave me a phone number without anything else. "Just call the number." Turns out the number is for the Superior court.

You will need to hire an attorney to contend with the eviction process to keep that off yiur record. If you havent yet made contact with GB you should do so asap and they can give you some direction on where to go and how to handle the situatuion. Good luck
I think what you need to do is you need to put your your repairs that you need in writing and make copies of it and submit it to your landlord and if you're dealing with like the Housing authority or anything like that you need to give them copies too but if you're just landlord tenant you need to look up the landlord tenant laws and you know keep keep a record of what you're doing and you can take him to court you just take him to court you can refuse to pay your rent but you have to do it properly or you can get evicted and they have a workshop down at the courthouse downtown in Bakersfield and it is also for Leonard tenant you know it's not just it's not just child custody and everything but they also have it for landlord tenant laws and I do believe it runs like during the week I know so just check the hours down there I think it's at the it's not the it's not the courthouse right there in traction is the one over on l Street I do believe but it's a workshop and and a place where y
Go to the housing authority department and they can assist you
You getting kicked out
Not legal at all
Must remain patient may need to speak to the operator it last for legal advice. I hope I answered your question.
You need to go there and make app
It depends on what evidence you have. If you use a recording of the incident in audio or video, be sure to inform the other person or party involved that you are recording them in order for it to be substantial in court
Call them they have great legal advice you can use
You need an attorney that does a state planing, guardianship, tax iuesses. These types of attorneys handle living trust .
I probably move out
I don't know if they handle accident cases. I went to them for filing an appeal for child support. They told me they don't handle family law. I think their main thing is evictions and fair housing. From reviews they haven't helped anyone much.
I don't know if they can help just give them a call at GBLA.
Your question is....?
See what boxes you chkd on the contract
Not sure asl gbla greater baketsfield legal assistance
Go there they great
In my experience you can give a 30 day notice anytime as long as you pay for the days you stay. Example....rent is paid from the first to the first but you give a 30 day notice on the 15th. You would have to pay up until the 15th of the following month. So rent for 15 days the following month. Hope it helps....I am Not an attorney.

Hospital Administration
Yes
Pay for a cutthroat lawyer
GBLA doesn't do criminal cases, may I suggest Joe Whittington? He'll definitely work with you if he sees a chance.
You need to call them directly bit basically nothing of you don't leave than you need to be served.
Yeah it's better you speak to GBLA.
File emergency custody gbla can help.
I am not a attorney you need to contact them directly that being said if the court accepted your right to defend than no they cant pending a judges ruling
That's right...
First I need to point out that this doesn't go to the establishment but to local guides on Google. Second its vague what your asking I am not a attorney bit do have some legal knowledge in various different areas. My first question would be what type of representation are you needing. Depending on that they may or may not have someone to represent you. Second intake depends on income most is of no cost to you others pay a small fee. I suggest contacting the office directly between 9-5 and discussing with the clerk
First of all I want to point out that people don't realize but when you ask questions they don't go to the establishment they come to guides on Google maps. With that being said I am not attorney however I do know quite a bit about family law. California is a shared property state which basically means that you guys share what was obtained during the marriage. Ultimately the person who decides who gets what is usually between both attorneys parties if no attorneys than both parties need to reach a agreement. Which should be notarized and submitted with your paperwork. In the end it's the judge that has the final approval. I don't believe that ssa is considered shared property but I'm not 100 percent sure. If you don't have a attorney i strongly suggest getting to gbla for representation as divorce proceedings can get ugly at times.
First of all i like to point out that when you ask questions it's not to the establishment but to people and local guides as myself. I am not attorney but my knowledge of landlord tenet issues is quite good i have a few questions for you. First is your lease up or do u have time left.? If your lease is up then legally they have to give u 30 days notice. Disability doesnt change fair housing laws regarding landlord tenant do not change based on disability it only makes the landlord have to accommodate and special needs physically or mentally you need to sustain safe housing. There could be a element of discrimination there but without knowing enough information hard to tell i suggest to call gbla and ask for jina kim in the fair housing unit and make a appointment. Hope this was helpful
Well im not attorney but usually if you have any contact information for the other party so they can be served than you should be able to file regardless of where he is.
