I got a 3 day pay or quit notice from my landlord father. I have my son there and his girl and son came later. The house contract is under my name and my son Juan. Told them to leave.. They don't want to get out. What can I do to get them out.

Well you need to call them for advice but if they been their longer than 7 days the law sees them as YOUR tenets you yourself would phsycally need to go through the process of evicting them through the country courthouse. I would see if your landlord (father) will work with you on reminding his if you do that. But I would get on ASAP before your 3 days are up . gbla eviction clinic is also located inside the courthouse on the first floor. Good luck.
