Butterfly started leaving when the weather gets warm.
I was there jan 13 and they were there. They were in a Monterey pine in someone yard. In Santa Cruz there are 14,000 but not at the sanctuary
We were just there the week of January 17th. No butterflies in the sanctuary only iPods was telescopes attached that you could see them in lot next door. Disappointing
There MIGHT be, but absolute peak time is Thanksgiving weekend.
