Service is amazing & they keep things clean as well. Joey the maintenance & grounds guy is great. He takes great care of things, especially the pool & hot tub. All of the staff was very friendly & helpful!

Most uncomfortable toilet seat ever. Toilets are built for 7 feet tall individuals. I'm 6"1'. Otherwise, it's a fine place. Vaulted ceilings. Gas fireplace. Adjacent to the Butterfly Sanctuary. For proper elimination, bring your Squatty Potty.

Our family chose to stay here for our son’s wedding after a previous visit here. The rooms are very comfortable; the bed is soft, a variety of firmness in the pillows, gas fireplace, and table and chairs. Everyone was pleased with their accommodations. No breakfast or room service was offered although coffee was available between 7-10am. The hotel property is adjacent to the Monarch Sanctuary. It was amazing to see all the Monarchs in the morning and evening flying around. A herd of deer also roamed the property occasionally. Some of our family also took advantage of the hot tub on premises and enjoyed it. My only recommendation for improvement is that if you are not going to offer daily or every other day maid service, then please use fitted sheets on the bed. Flat sheets do not stay tucked in and it was annoying to have to try and re-tuck the sheets in every night.
