It's Me
This is crazy, I noticed the bad reviews but my doctor insurance sent info to them already. I figured maybe it’s just people always complaining. Well let me tell you. OMG this place is an absolute joke!! I called and they had my info already and they told me every time I called they would call me right back. It’s now been almost two weeks and I still haven’t talked to anyone. I can’t imagine why anyone would do business with this place? Especially for medical equipment lol. If you’re reading this trust my review, I’d run to another place. Would you trust them with important medical stuff and giving them your money? RUN!!!!!!

The worst company ever! I am a new C-PAP user, and received my machine 2 weeks ago. In the last week I have called this place 3 times and asked for the respiratory therapist (to be fair, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and great when he did the patient teaching about the machine) but all the times I called to ask for him as I have clinical questions, he was either on vacation or “unavailable”. No return calls received either. The guy who answers the phone sounds super condescending each time I spoke to him. He tries to be helpful but ends up sounding like a jerk anyway “I couldn’t really help you and answer any of that but I will have someone call you… crickets… no call back whatsoever. The absolute worse part of this is they tried to bill me for supplies that I have not ordered. I received a bill in just one week after picking up my machine. That’s funny considering they have my credit card filed and they will charge me monthly for my portion of the machine rental and any supplies I order. When I called the billing dept. all they said was “must be a mistake”. No apologies or anything. Now, the bill is not much. It’s like $8 and some change. But just imagine that multiplied by however many people they try to send and sneak that in. Some people don’t look and just pay. Horrible, horrible company. There is no compassion and caring here at all.

I was kind of leery because of the reviews on the new client and every time I spoke to someone they been very helpful and very nice I hope it continues. Can always get the right answer with some reviews

I agree that this home healthcare, Lincare(Elk Grove Village, IL specifically) is the worst!!! I waited to have my Dr’s office submit 2 orders until 01/18 since I was being forced to change insurance companies. If delayed I’d need to resubmit to new insurance anyway. I needed to replace/obtain an out of date undownloadable CPAP plus obtain a portable O2 oxygen generator for mobility versus using heavy tanks. Delays were all related to Lincare procedures not met. Dr’s team sent Lincare their required CPAP papers 3 times via FAX only. My verification calls to Lincare on document delivery finally acknowledged on 3rd try. O2 gen orders never received. Insurance had already approved CPAP. Another update request call (turned leave message) on Fri 9/28 turned into a Lincare callback on Mon 10/1 announcing that the Elk Grove was no longer handling CPAPs. New office handling but they’re waiting for corp review! I guess Lincare doesn’t want O2 gen business. Phones not used to speed up processes.
