Horrible experience like everyone else on here. I’ve been unfortunately traveling to Hartford hospital everyday for over 3 months as my son was born early. They do not validate parking and have no place for people like me. So I park on the street and used the app for Hartford parking authority. My phone stopped charging and I had to purchase a new one. There was an errror with the app on my new phone and it did not go through on me twice. So I went to appeal bc certainly all the other times I paid would show I didn’t disregard for no reason. That the week I got the new phone I realized it wasn’t working and deleted it and re-downloaded the app. It’s still Finicky but I triple check now. They denied and charged me an extra 15$ to read my email. Making my 45$ ticket now 60$ X2 for a 2$ parking spot. I’ve giving Hartford parking hundreds of dollars to park over the months and they don’t care. I hope no one has to go through what I have- working full time, breast pumping full time, single parent with a sick kid in the Nicu and months of struggling driving a half hour with crazy gas prices to be charged because of a technology issue. I miss the old quarter system!

The most predatory practices and organization in Hartford. Even though they're in the wrong, I still got a ticket. If you want to appeal it, they make it so difficult and expensive like they just want you to pay for a ticket. It's one big cash grab predatory scam against the people.

They are a corrupted bunch of people!!!!! I parked on the street overnight on Main Street, the parking sign clearly says 9 a.m. you have to move the car out by. I come down from my house at 8:46 a.m. and there's already a parking ticket. Well, guess what, I took pictures and these guys will be on the 6 o'clock news!!!! My suggestion, pay for parking that doesn't have Parking Authority on the signs and do not park on the street. Let these companies' MISTAKES be the reason why they are out of business. Morgan Street Garage, they have great prices as well as their lots around union Station!!! ________________________________________________ 06/05/2022 1:54 p.m So I came back on here to get the number for my grandparent and I see they had taken down my picture of my car next to the sign with the picture. Seem's they disputed against the picture with Google to have it taken down because I had the time on that picture with the sign present. These people need to be stopped with their harassment and corruption.
