Worst student transportation company!! I spent the worst first week of school trying to solve an easy fix issue in vain they chose to make it hard on us and my kids, going through a hell of a process, appeal after appeal, talking to so many with the same disappointing outcome… It’s very frustrating when you encounter injustice in such a big institute like CREC, parents gets no support whatsoever but staff have each others back all the way no matter what. Parents should come together to have this company change the way they treat kids and parents. They keep messing with the service since nobody is held accountable, and treat parents like S*..

As a proud student of one of the top high schools in CREC and CT, I'm thoroughly disappointed in CREC transportation and how they affected me negatively throughout my senior year. It was late to school not only a handful or a dozen times, but well over 70+ times. Kids had to stand in 30 degree weather for an irregular school bus that could be 10 to 50 minutes late, there were barely any phone calls or messages notifying if the bus would be late, it took away school time that could've contributed to multiple classes and quizzes, and they'll put us on hold for a absurd amount of time when we call to ask if the bus will be late. All in all, CREC transportation was not great for my final year and I hope this will not continue further.
