How long is a bus supposed to wait till they leave the bus stop ? My daughters bus driver is always late but wants to leave when a parent is only like 2 minutes late

Well they don't have to wait. If the bus driver knows you and your child they can wait maybe 5 minutes if they choose to. But if they always late you need to call crec and complain. Ask for the Team Lead there. Talk to them only. Hope everything works out for you

They are supposed to wait 10 mins

Parents are required to be at their child's bus stop 10 minutes before their child's scheduled bus stop time. Buses are considered "on time" if they arrive at the stop anytime within the 10 minutes before the scheduled stop time and 10 minutes after the scheduled stop time. They are not required to wait if they arrive within that 20 minute window. If they arrive more then 10 minutes before the scheduled stop time then they should be waiting. Ex scheduled stop time of 4pm... acceptable bus departure from stop (pick-up/drop off) between 3:50-4:10.
