Always a problem when I went to this store. The employees seemed inexperienced and just don't look like they want to be there, they all seemed very unhappy! I started going to the one in mandeville, the team in there is faster and can definately tell the difference in there professionalism, education, experience and overall better experience.

This place is an embarrassment. I was instructed to return something to this store and I asked my nephew to return it for me as I was out of town for a week. He went in and they refused to accept the return. He had the paperwork and it was a simple return of the home internet device. I have no other services with Verizon so it should have been an easy transaction. But instead they told him he wasn't a customer and moved on to the next person in line. That is NOT how a person should be treated ever. This could have been handled better, or if nothing else, y'all could have at least been polite about it. Shame on you people.
