Horrible credit union no customer service skills. They don’t follow their own policies and when their system mess up they don’t own it. Reporting incorrectly to the credit bureaus the list goes on if I could give them no stars I would

Questions & Answers

Considering dropping CU. This was very inconvenient since they closed other locations. Way too far. And they charge me now to take a check out to myself. Not worth it any longer. Time to look around.

Two of our locations are inside medical facilities and access is temporarily limited due to COVID-19. We do offer online banking and a mobile banking app for access to your account 24/7, from your location. You can enroll at wellnessfcu.org.
