These don't go to the dealer, the input here is from actual users. Call or go in to the dealer. I've heard that if you have the larger display it's usually about 500 to have them turn it on. After that I have no idea.

I work at Crater Lake Ford and yes Lithia took over as of November 15th. That was the official take over date. Everything has already been switched over. Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda are all Lithia now.
Depends on the job. It ranges from 60 an hour for competitive rate to 125 for diesel rate.
