Same as everyone else. Got billed for someone else's account. Eversource is attempting to force me to pay and want provide any type of resolution assistance.

I feel as quick as they shut it off why it take forever to come back on why do you have to wait until the next day I have alot of WHY'S cause it just don't make any sense and to have kids in the house on a hot day and now night time and still no lights sad...

Getting billed with "past due" amount for an account that isn't even mine. Being sent around in circles trying to resolve, no return calls nor emails. A very big company with zero hands on capabilities.

Terrible company! They send a collection to me for an apartment I have never lived in without any notice at all! I found it half year later when I checked my credit score. They are not willing to pay any additional cost of their stupid mistake! My only suggestion is, do not use this garbage company!
