There's always a line from 6:00 AM til 2:30 most of the time and they are supposed to close at 1:00 I just don't understand they make good money over there no case workers no nurses. If it wasn't for the guy in window 4 we be screwed. But he's fast and he does it with a smile. I don't understand why Friday they started telling people u can face dose at bradston but get our take hones at the Shattuck. That's crazy. What kind of clinic is this . I think it's time to face facts u guys got greedy by taken in new people even though u couldn't handle them . Staff has said the same thing. Come on either dose us and not one every 10 mins. I don't understand why this place is still up. I can't wrap my mind around it.

I’ve Been a patient on the clinic for five years maybe longer and I’ve had really great counselors joel he left 😔and now my counselor is great, I’ve had a few issues in the past but besides that it’s been very helpful year, I’d Rate it a 5 Star

I'm curious if methadone actually works well supplementing fentanyl. It's not even an opioid it's completely synthetic. It's one of these questions that needs to be addressed is there a better substitution for Fentanyl. I mean whoever came up with suboxone really made a market for themselves as well as all the street Hawkers now peddling their doses

Everything's good wish counseling was easy when I'm working it's impossible I should already have many take homes how can I be to work at 7 when it's in dedham last counselee won't put me on work line I told her she could call company talk to boss I'd bring letter pay stubs no go there was another issue

PERSONALLY I NEVER HAD OR HAVE ANY PROBLEMS W/STAFF & WHEN IM THERE I DONT SEE OR HEAR ANYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO THINGS LIKE THIS SINCE THE COVID19 THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THE BEST THEY COULD FOR EVERYONE ALL STAFF BUT, U GET PEOPLE WHO DO CAUSE PROBLEMS & SOMETIMES THATS WHAT HOLDS US UP IN LINE FOR AWHILE, I BEEN CLEAN FOR OVER 17 YEARS AND THAT WAS AND STILL IS HOW I STAY CLEAN I HAVE A AWESOME COUNSELOR WE WORK GREAT AS A TEAM W/OUT THE CLINIC I WOULD HAVE BEEN DEAD LONG AGO BUT NOW IM SO BLESS TO HAVE 5 GRANDKIDS BECAUSE IM CLEAN SO IM SURE PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS ABOUT THE CLINIC WHILE SOME CONTINUE TO USES DOWN THE STREET OUT IN THE OPEN MAYBE IF PEOPLE TRIED TO GET CLEAN THEY WILL SEE HOW MUCH THERE LIFE REALLY MEANS TO THEM & BE W/THERE LOVED ONE'S ITS SO WORTH IT U WILL SEE IF U TRY & THEY WILL HELP U INPATIENT THEN START CLINIC BUT, U HAVE TO WANT IT FOR URSELF NO ONE ELSE U MUST DO IT FOR U & U ONLY THEN U CAN WORK ON ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS IN UR LIFE TRUST UR HEART!!
