They close at 5, but stop taking people in line at 4pm so last minute visits are out if you need to see a person at a window. Edit: I'm not sure about Wednesday as Google shows them open at 9am. If that's the case I'd apply the same logic an hour forward.

I dont know what a verbal permit test is. But I took my uncle to get his written permit test and the line was only 5 minutes. I always drive there from San Francisco as there are very little people in line.

If you plan flying you need a REAL ID and that does require you to visit in person. Otherwise, with your license renewal there should be instructions to renew online. I believe once you turn 75 you need to retest

Usually i just go there with no appointment and it is not taking long to wait.. 20 min max ...the only thing is make sure u have all proper documents to to get it ..

My son just got rid of his car that was in an accident. Call Pick-n-Pull there's one in Richmond and there's one in Santa Santa Rosa. They should give you some money for it my son didn't get much for his but they gave him something. But if call Pick-n-Pull hopefully you have the title for it

If it expires this year just head in anyway at your earliest convenience. You can fill out all of your Renewal and Real ID paper work online at the ID.me website. I would also suggest going to the Corte Madera DMV because the wait times are a lot shorter than surrounding offices. They arent accepting appointments so this is your only option. Good luck!

Keep waiting. The temp registration you got will suffice until you receive the official copy in the mail should you get pulled over.

Yes. You have to start process at dmv ... get temp Registration and then have vehicle inspected by chp (you will need to make an appointment at chp office nearest your residence) about 1-1/2 months is approx timeframe then its back to dmv to finish process.

Yes they do .Si I was just at DMV this past week for 5 hours they always have someone there that translates and you can take the written test in Spanish you can even have somebody verbally give you the test depending

You have to go to the nearest DMV and they will provide you new stickers and also new registation. it shouldn't be any cost for that. Other thing you can do is call to the dealer were you bought the car and explain them what happened

You have to go to the DMV and pay I believe it's $48 fee and they'll take your picture and if you don't like the picture you want to say you don't like it because once you say you like the picture they sent it to Sacramento and you got to pay another $48 to get it redone
