Ask the guard for a form and pin ( on the table outside). You should fill out a form so you can get a reply and attach it to your paperwork. You must hand paperwork to the guard.

If I filed for over 24 weeks, and just got my papers all sent back to me with no response, what should I do? I've been trying to call for a month straight now and can't get a hold of anyone.

Physically go down to the office. There is an individual posted outside that will take your info. Someone will call you within 72 hours of this. The phone lines are a waste of time.

if someone is layed off on friday and they file to start a claim can the be paid their accrued vacation pay during first week of waiting period and the vacation pay not affect their unemployment benefits for the next week of payment?

Why would you quit? Sounds like a chill place to work. Lol. Seriously, though. Just say YES that you quit. Then explain why without being nice about it. Worked for my wife.
