This place seems very shady you can have a voucher amount for a 2 bedroom but instead this complex offer you a 1 bed room for 7 yr old child and parent either there working with DHA with there scheeming office tatics . Cause State law CPS/DCFS says a child should not share a room with an adult unless that child is an infant. Hopefully next time DHA goes under investigation with the Feds this place will be look at too.

There is no accountability or should I say the lack thereof. My granddaughter was chased and shot with a orby gun on 06/23. I had to get security involved and the police because my granddaughter was being intimidated by the kid that shot her and his friends. I've reached out to management several times to view the camera footage because it's a violation of ones lease. Nothing has been done as of yet. Management has no intention on resolving this issue. I refuse to go in there to address it anymore. I've had my personal vehicle damaged twice due to rodent damage and I was told there's nothing they can do. I've spent over $400 per incident. I've been living in this apartment community since 2007 and it's not the same living experience now. Once my lease is up I'm moving on.

Update!!!!! Nothing has changed. Ever since the new management has arrived, this community is a failure. I’m deeply saddened by this because I love the area but nothing gets done here anymore. Hallway lights and outside intercoms takes months to get fixed and still haven’t been fixed. Guests and deliveries can’t get into the building. Children can’t get in after school. It’s a total mess. Laundry rooms have old appliances that never works There is mold in laundry rooms and houses People apartments are bed bug infested and management don’t tell neighbors to beware The pool will never open nor will the community center so don’t look forward to that The bathroom showers turns from perfect to scolding hot and burns your skin why is that?? They don’t know PICTURES COMING SOON!!!!! Who can I speak to of high management to address these issues if anyone know please contact me??

This was place has the worse customer service ever. They claim they try to keep everyone safe because of covid but don’t even answer the phone. The maintenance is a joke your lucky to get someone who you actually understand because of the language barrier. You can’t get In touch with the office but they are very eager to send notes out for any and everything. Pool has been closed for at least 4 years now.
