You can see all the stars. But I think Joshua Tree has a better view due to less City lights around the site. Overall, Serrano campground was excellent.
YES it's VERY VERY beautiful at night. Wind rustling the trees, you have your own camp fire going... you WILL enjoy the relaxation ! ! !
