Is this office connect to EDD I need to speak to some one to verify my identity the app that process this part does not work for me some one help please

The EDD has several divisions. The only division of EDD that maintains office space here is the Tax Office. They cannot answer questions about Unemployment. It says this on their website.

It states that it is an EDD office here online, however when you actually go in person the staff there will constantly tell you they are not the unemployment Development Department 🙄 this location has computers to apply for jobs and job postings, and classes on how to make a resumes and things like that, it’s pretty much an office to help you get a job.
