What is the lowest they pay and highest they pay on each phone

Lowest they can offer is sometimes 1 dollar or nothing if its broken for scrap, highest is just probably just only a few hundred dollars if its the newest iPhone or Galaxy.

They basically recycle smartphones there, no large Electronics though
