I have a 4 month old baby who had a stat referral put in for a pediatric GI specialist two months ago. A STAT referral got us an appointment two months out. When our appointment date finally arrived, the office called to cancel just a few hours before our appointment. After voicing my concerns, I asked if I was going to have to wait another two months for my infant to be seen. The lady who called said “I don’t know, someone will call and reschedule”. …… I never received any phone calls. Absolutely horrible start here

Different doctor every time I go in. Other than for appointment setting they NEVER answer their phones and NEVER return calls after I leave a message. A lot of mistakes happen. I do not feel well cared for here. They just forgot to refer me to a specialist after forcing me to be examined first, to get a referral to an ENT. Then they forgot to do it and didn’t return my calls. The ONLY way to get a problem solved there is to walk in and make a fuss. Again, NOBODY answers their extension. And NOBODY returns calls.

When Medical Professional Agency asked me to interview and work for Sac Health System. I felt blessed and honored to take a role here. Especially after hearing about their mission statement and vision. But it broke my heart after 2x they didn’t want to accept me because the agency that I was working under got me in a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication with SAC. SAC threw me under the bus and didn’t want to accept me even after I spoke to Chris Bryd (I believe that’s the HR manager there) regarding the situation and if I can finally start my first day there. SAC reached out to Medical Professional agency and told them that I need to stop contacting them and they no longer want me to work there when it wasn’t even my fault. Wow, great “mission and vision” statement saying on there website “SAC Health System is committed to reflect the healing ministry & love of Jesus Christ through healthcare, education, and partnerships that empower our communities to flourish. They didn’t even give me a second chance or at least hear me out. Jazzel who was suppose to start on my first day paperwork ignored and forward my calls. She didn’t even let me have a chance to speak on my behalf how the agency screwed me over. Thank you for letting me down and whoever else is next to even take a position there when it’s not even the fault of the candidate, ITS THE AGENCY YOU WORK WITH THATS MESSING EVERYTHING UP!!! So sad and heartbreaking.

Normally people will be apprehensive about going to the doctors, however the doctors here are great and actually listen to what you have to say. They take into consideration your health concerns. Especially the PA's And getting your blood drawn at the same location. The nurses and other staff are great, friendly and work quickly. Only downfall is sometimes the wait is 2 hrs for 15 mins with the doctor. But that won't chase me off.
