I just stopped in to browse and noticed the same rug I was about to purchase from Crate and Barrell for $832 on sale however found the same rug here for $599. I was going to put it in my car somehow however they says no are you close I said kinda and he said don’t worry we’ll meet you at your house and make sure it’s installed correctly under your new furniture. Yes I probably could have done it but not as fast as they did. That was amazing customer service.

This place treated me horribly after Hurricane Harvey. I will never go back. I lost everything and when I finally reached a place where I could buy some replacement furniture, a friend suggested coming here. You hear all the stories about how great they are. They made me feel like garbage. I bought a living room set and when it arrived, it was the wrong color. They wanted to charge me extra to replace it with the color I ordered. I just kept the taupe instead of getting the brown I wanted. Mack only cares about publicity not people.

Darrell”Moo” Moulton was our salesman and we walked in told him what we wanted and he made it happen within an hour from walk in to walk out. Then we had a furniture delivered by James & Robert M. and both were so awesome!!! They took out the old furniture and brought in the new. Robert didn’t think they were going to be able to get the very large couches through our trailer door but they shimmied and worked together to get both couches in the trailer! We will for sure be going back to Gallery again!!
