Took my son here for a haircut.. we walked in and nobody said a word, just gave me this look like I was lost. There were 2 people waiting before us and after that they proceeded to take other walk ins that came after us. It was like I didn't exist.. thanks for that experience. Edit: to respond to the company's response.. I called from the parking lot outside your establishment to ask if it was just appointments or walk-ins too.. I was told walk ins were welcomed and I said "thank you, I'll be right in" and walked in. Not even 3 mins later. And not ONE person said "hello.. welcome.. can I help you"? Not one word! So if you are going to say you only work off appointments, why did nobody ask who my appointment was with? Makes no sense. And two.. not one but TWO men walked in after me and were greeted immediately!! And asked if they were appointments or walk ins and both said WALK IN- and were taken back immediately!! My business wasn't welcomed and it was made very clear.
