Don't expect a follow up. I am having bad knee pain and I'm afraid I tore my meniscus, I went in and payed for a service I never got. I was told the doctor would email me a diagnosis within a week of my visit. Well I still haven't gotten it and my leg is in such bad pain. IS IT A SPRAIN like telllll me?????? I don't know what I'm supposed to do I had an interview with the CHP now I cannot go because my hurt leg. I'm unhappy I haven't gotten neither an email or receipt. They said my meniscus was sprained or strained. Ok if it is can I get that in writing bc it hurts soooo bad. I just want to know what to do, if I had a diagnoses it'd be much easier to treat and put in a cast or something. All I have is "ok so your leg hurts".

If I could give no stars this review would be more accurate. This office is complete TRASHHH ! To start they called me about 5 times the week of my appt and day of my appt to verify my insurance. Which I had to give them the same information over and over again. Waited hours for the NP Ortega. I was only there to get a physical! I finally just got up and left ! You have to ask for a key for the restroom that’s directly In front where reception could see people going in and out. Felt like I was at a gas station. I work at a hospital myself but they don’t take my insurance , so I have a lot of patience before I reach my point of discontent. The receptionist just gossip up front and think because there’s a glass we can’t hear them in the lobby. The receptionist couldn’t even get ahold of Ortega’s team to see how late she was going to be. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE! It is TRASH!

I hate giving bad reviews but I must so others are aware. I do apologize and I hope this helps others. On Thursday March 1st @ 9 am my special needs sister was brought into Pinnacle Medical because she was running a fever, coughing and vomiting. Unfortunate she is non verbal and does require some time and patience checking her. After what we thought was a great check we were told not to give her anything because she would vomit for 48 hours that it was a stomach virus no med required . That evening @7 she began with a 103 fever and the vomiting continued. I called a nurse hot line that said give her Tylenol and if she can't keep it down go to ER. We were surprised she was able to keep it down. But all through the night she was not well at all. We kept fighting the fever it would keep coming back after 4 hours. On March 2nd in the morning she is far worse getting out of bed she fainted instantly I rushed her to Loma Linda. They get her in she is still vomiting and has a fever of 102.9. They check her lungs and oxygen and they could hear a rattling in her lungs. Also the second they checked her Oxygen it was low and she needed oxygen to even breathe. After a blood test and X-Ray we find out she has Pneumonia and sepsis not at all what was told to us that it was a stomach flu that is going around. Needless to say after 3 days of hospitalization and a few calls to cancel my primary with Pinnacle. My sister is doing better but I will no longer be a part of Pinnacle Medical Group. But I feel this applies to any and all medical groups because we are human and we do error sometimes. But if you have loved ones find doctors that take the time to ensure all is good and well. That they go the extra mile to check and listen to the patient.

I have gone twice there and had a very rude nurse . The way she speaks to you and treats patients is a very bad way with her attitude. I honest don’t know why they have a medical career if you don’t have patients with people specially kids . I took my two years old daughter couple weeks ago and the way she treated my kid was absolute disrespect . I would never ever go back there and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with toddlers .
