Yes it should be open. but andy gave a great review.. Holidays are minimum coverage. So gate may close early.. Turnbull down Beverly 1/4 of a mile is the best bet.
Website says july 4th may affect the hours, but if you want, go to turnbo canyon rd same kind of trail and there are no hours of operation but you have to park at the bottom of the hill about a quarter mile away.
Good question, but i don't have the answer. Sorry.... but I'm assuming it should be open.
