Yes there is a cell phone lot. It is just across the street from the airport.
This airport is way too small for a wait area.. It's really just a drop off and pick up.
Since the airport is too small, there is no place for passenger pick up. If you want to pick up a passenger, once you know they are out of airport you can drive to the exit gate and pick them up.
