I've called four times during business hours, at different times of the day, over the last 2 weeks, and I always get their message that they're out of the office or currently assisting other customers. I've left voicemails asking to schedule an appointment but never received a call back. At this point, I give up and will be going to a different optometrist. I know Dr. Goldstone is great, but this is too much work to schedule an appointment. Edit: Updated from 1-star, they gave me a call later today, but I already scheduled an appointment elsewhere.

The eye doctor was great and I would get examined here again without question. The optics department was a nightmare. They had no male frames to pick from with my insurance so I opted to spend big money on high end frames for my son's first pare of glasses so he could at least look good. The male person who "helped" us select frames was not interested in helping at all, making myself and my son feel very unwelcome and rushed. He also failed to mention that the turn around on lenses is 2-3 months. My son had two prescriptions from the doctor, one for bifocals and one for distance. After attempting to explain that we just want the single vision lenses, I had to have the doctor clarify to him that we do not want the bifocals at this time and would be going with the single vision lenses. No update at all for two months so I stopped in with my son praying his glasses would be finished so he could finally see clearly. The male helper ordered the wrong lenses in the upper strength of what the bifocal lens would have been. Plain negligence. I demanded a refund as we cannot wait another 2-3 months for them to process the correct lenses. I was told I would have to wait a hour to speak with someone. I was not having any of it and had the supervisor out within 10 minutes to refund my purchase as she completely understood and apologized. I ended up at Lenscrafters 20 minutes later and my sons glasses where completed in 40 minutes with much better lenses and better frames for 5 dollars less. Don't get ripped of thinking you have to purchase your glasses at the same place you recieve your exam. Shop around, you will be grateful you did. To the male individual that ruined my sons first experience with glasses I would recommend a course in customer care. He would not even make eye contact with me today. Summary....Eye Doctor amazing, optical department extreamly overpriced, unorganized and unprofessional. Wishing you all a better experience.

I just want to share my experienced this morning with this place. I took my son for an eye exam and we only waited approximately 30mins then eye exam took roughly 5mins. The optometrist that helped us was so kind too ( I forgot his name). I am so glad how this clinic professionally handle each of their patient... I highly recommend this place to any of you who are looking for vision clinic... plus the owner Dr Alan was so nice and so as the staff! Thank you so much for your service 😊

Fantastic experience. I went to get new glasses and was welcomed immediately. Everyone is friendly and very professional. The doctor who examined my eyes was thorough and answered all my questions. There were many samples of frames and I was given as much time as needed to pick the ones I felt comfortable with. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Goldstone Vision Center and would recommend to everyone. The office is clean and well maintained.

Good selection it just depends how much you want to pay. I would say affordable and high depends on the lenses and frames you pick.
Dr. Goldstone has been examining patients of all abilities for his entire career. In fact, he is the sole optometrist for a care facility of severely-disabled people. We take all insurances including MediCare and MediCal.
You can walk-in; However, its best to ask your primary physician to refer you just in case whether they'll take your insurance. : )
