Where is the waiting lounge or customer service location when waiting for pick-up escort by Uber or Lyft?

There's no waiting lounge or customer service area for either Uber or Lyft. When you are waiting to be picked up from your preferred ride share option, you have to walk outside the luggage area and cross the street, into the middle island area. You wait there until your Uber or Lyft driver arrives(usually no more than 3 minutes), and they will pick you up. Lyft drivers are all waiting in a parking lot, 1 block away. Cheers
