First you need to pay your membership then you can use the benefits provided by AAA. 😁
You need to be a member to use any AAA services. They will ask for you to pay up on membership first. To maintain your insurance you will also be required to pay up for your membership. Insurance and DMV are member services. Personally it's worth the $50 to not have to go to the DMV. On the other hand, most times registration can be done via the web or USPS.
