I really liked this place. Great vibe, open and the teachers are great too. I got a special deal from Groupon and it was literally heaven sent! It is hard to spot when you are driving by, but once you know where it's at, you'll want to be coming back! I'm ready to go back for more!

I've been going to North Valley Aikikai yoga classes for 2 years now. I can't say enough about their classes, the yoga instructors are knowledgeable in all levels from beginners to advance. The studio is spacious and clean. It's my true get away.
