If you dont pay them . They stay with the vehicle. If the person finds out about them or stopped by police, alk they have to prove is that you owned the car and got the tickets. You can be sued and charged for them.
This is something you would address parking enforcement.
From my experience i couldn't register my car in my name if the tickets were not paid. This was 15 years ago. Parking tickets stay with the car not with the D.L.
Not really a AAA question. The tickets are the responsibility of the owner when the tickets are issued.
