I could not make reservations for party of 10. Friday night - party of 10 - what time is it recommended I arrive to try to get a big party seated by 6? Any help would be appreciated. I called but I kept getting, "I don't know." "I don't know." :)

I don't live in the area, however we where seated quickly and received our food like they had it waiting lol so service was great!

We don't take any reservations on Fridays and Saturdays after 5:30 pm. Anything after 5:30 is First Come First Served. We also don't take reservations for parties under 15 at anytime. If you are on your way in you can call ahead, BUT it does not guarantee that a table will be ready when you arrive. It's simply a heads up and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your party will not be sat until all of your party has arrived.

Maybe an off night? I've been going there for YEARS and never had poor service or bad food. I would definitely give them another chance.
