Motoring Specialist did a great great job repairing my Audi A7, but Customer service goes a very very long way for me and I have to say that Kallie is by far best at it. I had a couple issues and concerns due to my lack of knowledge; while my Audi was in the shop. She explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I left a happy customer. My Audi is back with me again. The Audi techs did a marvelous job at pinpointing the exact issue and getting my vehicle back to me ASAP. My Audi came back to me washed and drove like a dream. They even have loaner cars for you to use while your vehicle is in the shop. Thank you to Kallie and thank you to Brian who helped me as well during the whole process. I will definitely be returning to get my routine maintenance done.

Larry and the mechanics are always so understanding and knowledgeable. Wow. What a great experience. I brought my Honda to them with an AC problem that another professional repair facility could not fix. Motoring Specialties correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and affordably. When they made a mistake and failed to plug a part all the way in, they not only fixed it quickly without any complaint, they gave me a $50 gift card to Fuso’s Restaurant! How’s that for customer service. They warranty all their work! Highly recommend
