This testing site is a complete scam! Do not waste your time or money. The website and staff all said results within 30 minutes to an hour. My family is traveling overseas and they still have not received their results. They will lose thousands of dollars to rebook since they do not have their results. An attorney will be contacting the company shortly.

APPOINTMENT NEEDED! Waited for 2+ hours only to be turned away. Worth noting, I talked to a staff member at 1:30 while waiting in line. She asked if I was there for the covid test and mentioned the long wait. She failed to mention an appointment at that point. The same woman informed me 2 hours later that I needed an appointment and they could not help me.

Walk up clinic in parking lot. Took longer because I filled out forms while I was there instead of on line. Waited a few minutes in line for the test. Got results in about 30 minutes. Very convenient if you need to know quickly.

Appointment is required and they close at 2:30. Both contradicting what is stated on the web. I was told to pull over and fill out an appointment online and every time I went to check out it told me the appointment was no longer available. This happened 4 times until I finally had to book it for the next day. Then no email confirmation so I had no order number to give them. I had to end up purchasing mine twice and then calling to have the other refunded! I bought two (technically 3 at one point) $300, one hour rapid tests. I didn't get my results for 3 hours and my coworker? They couldn't even find his results!! He didn't get them until 7:30am the next morning!! The staff is nice but this place is a total joke.
