My daughter has eczema since she was 6months old and allergic to most milk formula. The current formula she is taking is covered by the insurance but requires a prescription to be faxed to the pharmacy. It took them almost 2 weeks for a single form with the Rx to get faxed. If we didnt follow up they won't do anything. I understand the load of work they have but faxing a document dont take that much time.

I dont know why this clinic has such a low rating. I have 3 adult children and 4 foster children that have been seen there and I think they have received excellent care. This includes one daughter that has more complex medical problems. The pediatrician that the younger kids have seen is very good. I am a retired Physician Assistant.

Awful. The doctors are not bad its actually the wait staff. I been having hard times remembering my appointments and ask for a call reminder. Right when I was about to ask why I didnt get one I get cut right off telling me most of the time they are busy. You mean the fact I get robots remind me? Sad truth its hard to find one in town you can afford. If I had the money I get better wait staff

I originally came to Community Medical Centers in Vacaville, Ca to get a quickie immunization for my(at the time) 5 year old son. I noticed a sign that said "Doctor Visit $30" 4 years later, I had Kaiser and my youngest son who was going on 3 wasn't talking at all. I went to Kaiser doctors and they said "Everything is fine he's making eye contact, he's just a boy, he'll talk eventually." I was paying a $20 co-pay for that? I decided to seek a second opinion so I took my son to see a doctor at Community Medical. Thinking it was going to be $30 it turned because we were "low income" it was free. With in 5 minutes the doctor at CMC told me my son was Autistic. She set me up with a team at North Bay and we got him formally diagnosed. We decided to get rid of out Kaiser insurance and never went back. We stayed at CMC and I eventually started seeing a doctor there too. I had all my prenatal care there with my last baby and I could not have been in better hands.
