It can be a semi tough trail, especially on hot days. Definitely doable by all ages though. Bring plenty of water! I took my 8 and 10 yr olds and they handled it.
As Carey and Adrian stated, it is certainly do able for all ages but make sure you bring plenty of water. Ideally 2+ Liters per person. It would be smart to do the hike earlier in the morning, starting around 6:30 or 7am to avoid the sun and heat as much as possible. Bring snacks like sandwiches and protein bars to refuel before coming back and don't be afraid to swim in the water. Especially if it's hot out, fully submerging your body can be a real life saver. Some trekking poles would help for elderly. Otherwise, pace yourself and you should be okay
If they are capable of handling a decent challenge, then they should be able to conquer this with a good amount of effort. I would maybe recommend trekking poles for the older person to help with some of the brush and water crossings. And good shoes of course. Happy Hiking 😊
