If you want to be able to drive in and set up you have to come between 7am-10am. After 10am you can cart stuff in. Go to Berkeleyfleamarket.com. And click on Information
The cut off time is typcially 4pm but depending in weather or traffic it could be earlier or later
The regulars start setting up at 8ish. Not so sure about a cut off time.
