Rick was okay on the phone. Place was a little hard to find. Homeless encampment nearby. So what's new in Berkeley? Jon's people skills could definitely improve. It seems as though he doesn't want to be there. What are you going to do if you need the part and they have it? Yeah, learn to deal with poor service.

Called to buy a light for bmw and they confirm that it's complete and available, after going there the light was missing parts they wants to sell it separately!!. And they are very rude about it. Don't waste your time and money.

Jon's shop is a theft!!!!!! They gave me two used Subaru Forester Automatic Transmission both of them had issues according to two Tranny shop. Just because of my ethic, I return my Tranny as a core when I picked their second Tranny, but because the 2nd one did not work neither, I returned it to them. when I asked Jon for my used Tranny that I dropped in their shop the week before, he asked me to wait outside. He, Jon stole one of cables from my tranny. This is on top of the $60 that he deducted from my total purchase. Very unprofessional Shop. Don't trust them.
