Check with east bay law center, right next door to the left of HAC. Osha Neuman is the main consulting attorney there but I'm sure there are assistants or interns that are notarys as well
They only do this for those whom are receiving their help in getting SSI. Once I won my SSI case, they wouldn't collect mail for me anymore unless it has to do with housing.
