Yes, you can walk in and speak to the front desk to meet with a representative. They would be more than willing to give you a copy of your DD214. Actually u can get verified of a d214 but actual document comes in mail
it depends if you have ever applied for benefits in the past. If not depending whem you discharged you can go on archives.org and even request your service medical records or personnel
