Not enough seasoning on the fish an the hot sauce taste like watered down ketchup or was that sauce for the shrimp...I wasnt impressed

Been coming here for years and their red snapper and shrimp has been great the whole time. The only thing I would change is 2 things: bring back fried chicken and for them to take EBT again. Love this place and it’s my comfort food.

Today I went to Rick's Fish and Seafood Market and had a horrible experience. I've patronize that business for a few years now. Normally I go, order the food and there's not a problem but today was different. The last couple of orders I placed, the french fries were the crumbs that are usually at the bottom of the bag. I simply asked if they could just make sure I get the actual fries and not so many of the crumbs. I elderly man (owner) became irate and began to raise his voice because of my request. I was shocked. Why would you get upset at a customer simply asking to not get so many french fry crumbs in the order. He was awful and mean. It just didn't make sense to be so angry at something so small. Customer Service is critical in any business to be successful. I will no longer patronize Rick's Fish and Seafood Market, nor will I recommend them. They just lost a good customer.

It was too expensive for the small amount received. The taste was good. The catfish steaks were very very small. I had never seen anything so small. I'm use to the nice thick cuts of the catfish steaks. But the owner was nice and talkative....This is my opinion for almost $18 you should really offer 5 catfish steaks and a jar of oysters instead of 3 and cut the steaks bigger. All 3 of those steaks I received really equalled to one catfish steak where I normally go in Hawthorne and it wouldn't kill you to increase the amount of side orders given. Come on...Let's work together❤
