If you purchased them online then you would of gotten a email with a link to view, download or print the tickets. If you didn't get them over your normal email them check your spam email they are probably there
If you purchased thru ticket Master and ordered tickets and not eTickets you still should have a confirmation number. Call them let them know that you have not received them. If you got eTickets you should print them, l believe that you can print them more than once in case you misplaced them.
Hopefully you bought it from ticket masters. Call them. If you got it from someone selling theirs you pretty much screwed. Happened to me at the weekend concert. Nothing could be done. You should have a confirmation number to refer to when calling. Check your junk mail or spam folder in your e-mail account.
