That should be ok. They don't allow full sized lawn chairs/folding chairs, but they specifically allow low back/beach chairs.

They have allowed my beachcomber in. I just explain my spine is a cage and my bf has a fused hip, so he needs his chair as he can't bend at the hip. I think there are some protections under the ADA and Shoreline is excellent, assuming you have special needs. But either way, ours are in a backpack type pack though. Not sure of the dimensions. It is worth a shot. Someone can always run it back to your car if it's too big. Trust me though, having a chair on that slope really makes a difference in comfort. Esp during long shows.
You can only bring in chairs for the lawn section. Legs have to be 6 or 9 inches or less. They say no oversized bags but if you show them at the gate that it is just a mat and chair most likely they will let you in
