Did you purchase your tickets directly from Shoreline Amphitheatre or through an agency?
@ Melody It wasn't me. It was someone in line in front of me. They didn't. It was some website that was the first result. Personally, as much as I HATE ticketmaster, I only buy through them or the site itself.
