I'm actually curious to know also. Without much research, I'm under the impression it's not available hardly anywhere in the US. Because of transport and disease???
I do not believe they stock blood. That's drained at the slaughter house before the animal is delivered to the butcher.
I have not seen it stocked, but you could call to inquire if that's something they offer.
