The space rent alone is over $700,so more than likely not gonna happen.
Fir those looking fir cheaper housing...senior apartments are cheaper. With space rents place rental or purchase space rent. The only cheap mobile homes I saw are very Eastvif Riverside. Space rent about 350 to 450. Thats just space then utilities on top. You would need a roommate. Abd if an ownership park typically don't allow roommates at all. In senior communities
