Firestone lost out for not even honoring my appointment, let alone looking at my tire. It turns out my deflating tire was due to a nail and couldn't be fixed. A quick call to my company and I got 4 new all terrain tires for my work truck. The sales reps went above and beyond and will be getting all services for my work truck from now on! Customer service in this day and age pays off!
