Wow looking at all these bad reviews I feel terrible for the people that work at this post office that I have been going to for 8 years and have never had an incident whatsoever! People get a grip they are humans not machines!

Received a $1,000 gaming computer from my younger brother who packed it very well, He insured it (makes no difference apparently). When I opened it on my end the glass was shattered and the frame was bent up. They denied my claim saying that they did not cause the damage. The damage on the box is obvious they did, Just a rotten way to treat people.

Seriously, given the incredible service we don't get from our largest amd oldest service of the US government, why do we give them even more power? When will we learn, they are not the solution. If you need a square peg to go into a hole, why call the guys with only round holes? We must learn to keep our country growing and to keep it safe.

Not surprised to see other bad reviews, would also give 0 stars if I could. I understand it is Christmas season & really busy time, but my experience could not have been any worse. A family member sent us a package, was tracking the package (was my kids xmas gifts), & noticed the package was left in our mailbox locker. We did not receive the key or package. Went to this office to see if they could help me locate the package or notify our mail carrier to check our lockers, & was sent to stand in a line where people were picking up their mail. Had to wait 25 minutes while people behind me were given their mail, when the clerk finally helped me, she had me write down the tracking #, I could tell she wasn't listening to me. After checking the back room She came back to tell me they didn't have my package. I explained again, we tracked the package to our mailbox locker, I wanted to see if our mail carrier could check the lockers. She then wrote on a posted note my phone # & said they would call if they found my package. Never received a call. Why take my # if you have no intention of helping me? My family paid to have a Xmas package delivered, I had to spend time trying to locate it, then to be treated like my package didn't matter. This office is horrible.

How I make in appointment to get my passport?
You need the tracking #, then look it up on the PO website.
Call the post office they have a person they recommend to get new locks. When we bought our house last year I almost had to have someone come out because they didn't tell us where they left the mail keys. So call the post office and ask for their recommendation. Also make a police report.

There is no set time as the volume is different daily. But usually carriers head out of the office as early as 9am. And head back no later than 6pm...except during Christmas time.
