It goes without saying that if someone looking for a position showed lack of respect or professionalism than the manpower agency would be reluctant to have them work with the large companies they keep contracts with. As a referral a contractor reflects the agency and the recruiter that has recommended the party for employment. The negative reviews are indeed from those that were upset, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I gladly award this agency 5 stars, after working with Josie and Blanca for a long time I have never been happier with an agency. Even after being hired full time and completing my contract with the agency I still have a great relationship with them. Do not be fooled by those that were upset, this agency cares about their employees. The contract workers I work with every day have nothing bad to say about their experience, I know I am not the only person that feels this way because of this. It’s very difficult to find an agency that puts the interest of their contract workers first, and this is what is received from the Manpower Agency of Riverside. All I can say is THANK YOU Josie & Blanca.

I have worked for this company for almost 3years I got pregnant and stopped working but was promised a job when ever I decided to go back to work because I left on great terms. It's been 3 months since I started calling in to say I'm available for work and nothing. Today I decided to go in and talk to Laura the person who use to help me but instead of greating me she walks pass me as if I wasn't even there so fine there's other nice people I ask to speak to Irma and same thing doesn't want to help me out. Don't waste your time with this company even if they have over a hundred job listings all over Craigslist and other job sites.

I went in at 3pm to apply for a job and I started working that same day at 4pm!!! It was amazingly easy and Irma was so sweet and helpful. I was so pleased with the whole experience because I really needed a job quickly but I didn't know it would work that quickly!!!
